  • Pricing depends on the type of project, length, and scope. I provide packages and add-ons after understanding your needs. For details, submit a request through the contact form and I’ll provide a clear breakdown.

  • Working with me is collaborative, professional, and efficient. You’ll be hands-free to take care of whatever you want, resting assured you’lI have high quality documentation. I focus on understanding your goals, capturing exactly what you need, and delivering your content quickly. Quicker turnarounds, like overnight delivery, can be added on with other services I provide.

    Expected turnaround times:

    • Photo (edited) and video (unedited): typically 1–2 business days

    • Video (edited): timing can vary and requires discussion based on project length, complexity, and other factors

    I’m flexible and open to feedback to ensure the final product exceeds expectations.

  • I am willing travel, but not on short notice. Travel must be coordinated and agreed upon with sufficient advance notice. Travel details, including costs and logistics, are discussed before confirming the project. All travel arrangements must be approved in advance.

  • All content remains copyrighted by Kenneth Palacios (also known as first3kenney). Usage rights are licensed, not transferred. Licensing is discussed in advance and may include social media, web, press, and promotional use with proper credit. Commercial or branded advertising use requires a separate license.

  • Content should not be heavily altered or re-edited without permission. Minor cropping or formatting adjustments are allowed unless otherwise specified.

  • Credit is required on any published work, but is discussed beforehand depending on what the project is. When published on social media or any other public medium, please credit in the following format:

  • All delivered photos are professionally edited for color and exposure consistency. Video editing scope is discussed per project and depends on length and complexity.

  • Scheduling changes or cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible (24 hours before coverage latest) to confirm availability and avoid conflicts. Any payments made beforehand may be refunded as long as 24 hours are given in advance.

  • Yes. Depending on the project, I can provide additional edited video versions, extra photos, or custom deliverables. When inquiring and discussing projects, feel free to let me know you’re interested in add-ons/extras.

  • Some projects may be featured in my portfolio or on social media, but only with client permission. This is always discussed on a per-project basis.
